VSP ID Cards

VSP does not issue ID cards.  Simply let your provider know that you are covered through VSP and they will search your coverage using your SSN.  The same is true with eligible family members; If you have dependents covered under your vision benefit, they will let the provider know that the coverage is under your name.

VSP gives you the opportunity to print off generic ID cards for your wallet to remind you of the coverage.  To print a copy of the card, simply register and log onto www.vsp.com to gain access to the generic card.  You can find the Generic ID Card, by clicking on Member Vision Card once you are logged in to your account.
