Open Enrollment!
Open Enrollment is the period where you can review, elect, decline, or make changes to your benefits for the upcoming calendar year. Other than experiencing a Qualifying Life Event, Open Enrollment is your only opportunity to make benefit changes so make sure you complete the necessary steps if interested in making changes to your current elections.
Online Enrollment will begin 10/21/2024 and end 11/01/2024
Below are important details about the open enrollment period and effective date of your requested elections.
-
All open enrollment changes are to be made on ADP and must be completed by 5 PM on Friday, November 1, 2024.
-
The changes that you make to your benefits will take effect on 01/01/2025.
You must complete ADP open enrollment:
-
If you currently have a Medical FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA in 2024 and want to continue participation in 2025. Your existing Medical FSA or Dependent Care FSA enrollment will not carry over.
-
If you want to make any changes to (or waive) your medical, dental, vision or HSA plans.
-
If you are not currently enrolled in any medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, or Dependent care plans, and wish to be enrolled effective 01/01/2025!
You do not need to complete ADP open enrollment if:
-
You have waived coverage for all benefits, and you wish to continue waiving coverage.
-
You have an existing Health Savings Account (HSA) and are satisfied with your current contribution level.
-
You are satisfied with your current health, dental, vision and HSA enrollments, and don’t plan to make any changes to these benefits. Health, Dental, Vision, and HSA enrollments will roll into the new year. *Please note, current FSA, or Dependent Care FSA will require a new enrollment for 2025.
